Response time

We respond within 48 hours on weekdays and within 72 hours on weekends and holidays. If your issue is urgent (Maya isn't logging, you can't sign in, or something is broken), put “URGENT” in the subject line and we'll bump it to the front.

Common questions

  • How do I cancel my subscription? Open the app, go to Settings, tap “Manage Subscription.” Or email us — we'll cancel it for you same day.
  • How do I get a refund? See our full Refund Policy. Founder Lifetime purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
  • How do I delete my account? See our Account Deletion page for full instructions.
  • Maya logged something wrong — can I fix it? Yes. Every log is visible and editable in the Maya's Memory / Journal tab. Tap any row to edit or delete. Nothing is hidden.
  • How do I export my data? Email hi@fitnessloop.app with the subject “Data Export” from your registered email address. We'll send you a full export of every log, chat, and photo within 5 business days, at no cost.
  • My food photo wasn't recognized correctly. Send the photo (with a note about what it actually was) to feedback@fitnessloop.app. We use these to improve Maya's recognition — with your permission.
  • I'm not seeing the weight loss / muscle gain I expected. Reply to your morning check-in with Maya and describe what you're noticing — she'll walk through your deficit math, protein intake, and 7-day trend with you.
