Refund Policy

3-day free trial, then cancel anytime. No lock-in.

  • Free trial: Every monthly subscription tier (Basic $12.99, Premium $22.99, Coach $32.99, Coach Pro $49.99 per month) starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
  • Monthly billing: Cancel any time. No charges after cancellation. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.
  • No lock-in on monthly: There are no annual contracts and no cancellation fees on monthly plans.
  • Founder Pass (3-year, one-time): Full refund within 30 days of purchase if unused (defined as fewer than 10 total Maya interactions). After 30 days, non-refundable except in case of billing error. Non-transferable. Founder Pass access ends at the 36-month mark; auto-renewal is opt-in only.

iOS App Store subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through their standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue those refunds directly.

Web subscriptions

At launch, FitnessLoop is available on the iOS App Store only. Web-based billing (via Stripe or PayPal) is planned for a future release. When web billing goes live, the terms below will apply.

Cancel in one tap from Settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Pro-rata refunds are not offered on monthly subscriptions. If something went wrong with a charge — a duplicate, a billing error, a cancellation that didn't take — email us and a real person will sort it out case by case.

How to request a refund

Email hi@fitnessloop.app with the subject “Billing issue.” Include the email address used for purchase and the date of the charge. A real person reviews every request — no chatbot loops.

What happens after refund

If a refund is issued, your access to Maya ends within 24 hours. Your account data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
