• 7-day free trial: Cancel before day 7 and you're never charged.
• Monthly billing: Cancel any time from settings. No charges after cancellation. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.
• Pro-rata refunds: Not offered on monthly subscriptions — only Founder Lifetime is eligible for refund.

How to request a refund

Email hi@fitnessloop.app with the subject “Refund request.” Include the email address used for purchase and the date of purchase. A real person reviews every request — no chatbot loops.

What happens after refund

Once refunded, your access to Maya ends within 24 hours. Your account data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
