FitnessLoop provides an AI-powered fitness and weight-loss companion (“Maya”) that logs meals, workouts, and weight data via conversational interface. The Service includes a dashboard, predictive forecasts, and educational content. Maya is a tracking and coaching tool only — not a medical device, not a substitute for professional advice.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it current.
4. Pricing and refunds
